The Village & Community Magazine for January (and the first half of February) is available on this link. There will also be printed copies available in the Village Hall foyer for anyone who would appreciate a hard copy.
Winter is continuing to bite, so if you know of anyone who might appreciate a warm daytime space, do tell them that the village hall will be open on an extended basis in the daytime (whenever there is no other booking). Tea and coffee will be available on a help yourself basis.
- The Watts Russell Arms (01335 310126) is open from 12 till 9 every day except Thursday. For more details, please phone or go to the Watts Russell website or its Facebook page, where you can also find details of its occasional live music sessions.
- The George is open for meals Thursday-Sunday (and occasionally on Wednesdays as a ‘pop-up’ supper club). For more details, go to The George website.
The Village Hall‘s regular concerts take a break in January but resume in February (25th) with one of Ireland’s foremost songwriters, Eleanor McEvoy (now SOLD OUT – returns only via the ticket link here). More information on our events page here.
