Refuse & Recycling
For most locations, refuse is collected on Thursdays, alternate weeks for recyling bins (brown & grey) and general waste bin (grey/blue lid). However, locations where restricted access limits the use of refuse wagons are serviced on Tuesday, such as Millway Lane, Milldale. At other times recyling can be undertaken using the containers provided at the car park site by the playing fields, whilst heavier waste is collected on Sundays between 9.15 and 11.15 am.
Parishioners are encouraged to recycle at the car park, where the revenue from recycling contributes to the Parish income.
